Monday - 9.00am – 3.00pm & 6.00pm – 9.00pm (Unless a group / class is in)

Tuesday - 9.00am - 9.00pm (Unless a group / class is in)

Wednesday - 9.00am - 9.45pm (Unless a group / class is in)

Thursday – 9.00am – 10.00am (Unless a group / class is in)

Friday - 9.00am - 6.00pm (Unless a group / class is in).

Saturday - 8.30am - 1.00pm (Unless a group / class is in)

Sunday – Closed

Please note … for the purposes of security the doors to the main building will be closed at 6.00pm.

If you are attending a group / class, you can gain entry by ringing the main doorbell.
